Social Media Freelancer (m/w/d) - Italien
As a Social Media Freelancer (m/f/d) for Italy, you’ll take full ownership of our Italian social media channels, creating and managing engaging, on-brand content that speaks directly to our local audience. This is a creative-first role, ideal for someone who thrives on social-first storytelling, understands cultural nuances, and can create, edit, and post high-performing content independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok presence in Italy
- Create and publish compelling social-first content (Reels, Stories, Posts, etc.)
- Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video and image content using mobile tools or editing software
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and viral formats relevant to the Italian market
- Engage with our community – respond to comments and messages, build relationships
- Collaborate with the global social media and marketing teams to ensure consistency and share best practices
- Report on performance and provide insights to improve content and engagement
About You:
- Fluent in Italian (written & spoken) and comfortable with English for internal comms
- Strong understanding of the Italian digital and cultural landscape
- Proven experience growing and managing Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Skilled in mobile content creation and editing (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe apps, etc.)
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling
- Proactive, organised, and confident working independently
